Job Description
- Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple Luxembourg holding companies (Lux GAAP)
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Supervise a small team of part-time accountants
- Handle multi-currency accounting transactions (EUR, USD, others)
- Prepare financial reports for senior management
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors
- Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
- Improve accounting processes and recommend efficiencies
- Collaborate with international teams across Europe
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in international environments
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards and holdings structures
- Proven team management or supervisory experience
- Comfortable working in multi-currency environments
