• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field;Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstratedextensive experience in an Accounting Manager role , with a strong track record of overseeing end-to-end accounting operations.
• Solid background inmanaging multiple companies or operating within a shared services environment.
• Proven leadership capability in supervising and developing accounting teams while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, and local tax regulations.
