Overview
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and managing the month-end close process. This role partners closely with leadership to support financial decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Close
- Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (or relevant accounting standards).
- Analyze variances and provide insights to leadership.
2. General Accounting Oversight
