Job Description
Lead financial reporting and accounting projects at Wesdome Gold in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Drive efficiency in accounting processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
As the Accounting Manager, you will report to the Director of Finance and oversee complex accounting, guiding the monthly and quarterly reporting under IFRS. Collaborating closely with finance teams at mine sites, you'll standardize reporting and ensure robust internal controls. Your role entails enhancing processes, optimizing SAP functions, and leading projects that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive evolution of SAP for corporate finance
• Collaborate on monthly and quarterly financial requirements
• Develop accounting policies in alignment with IFRS
• Support various company-wide projects and enhancements
