Accounting Head

The Accounting Head shall be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, directing, and controlling Accounting operations and ensures that all procedures and systems are consistently implemented and are in conformity with the generally accepted Accounting standards and principles.

GENERAL ACCOUNTING

1. Manages the regular activities of the accounting department, to include:
2. Accounts payable – reviews and approves accounts payable vouchers, as well as, oversee the Accounting Officer/Assistant to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of bills.
3. Accounts receivable – ensure accurate and timely billing and collection.
4. General Ledger – maintain general ledger accounts; reviews adjustments and ensures accuracy and integrity books of accounts and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
