This is a remote position. The Accounting Data Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data across the organization. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position is responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling financial records using advanced tools such as QuickBooks, SAP NetWeaver AS, and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards by performing regular reconciliations, managing payroll data, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. With a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data manipulation techniquesincluding pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macrosthis role supports financial reporting, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
