Tasks

  • Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
  • Verify purchase orders and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare payments to suppliers.
  • Monitor accounts payable.
  • Prepare customer invoices.
  • Record incoming payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collection activities for overdue accounts.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Enter various accounting and administrative data.
  • Scan, file, and archive financial documents.
  • Assist with month-end activities.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
