Robert Half has an exceptional opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to assist companies in Minneapolis on a contract basis. This position would include but not limited to matching and batching invoices, processing expense reports, processing checks, handing AR invoicing, and resolving A/P issues.
Requirements
Your responsibilities in this role
- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, photocopied, and filed
- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring Company policies are followed
- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
- Provide customer service to internal business partners
- Help with internal and external audits as required
- Support the AP/AR/Finance Department by completing administrative and clericals tasks
