Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliation, disbursement processing, and bookkeeping.
This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, vouchers, and payroll-related transactions while ensuring accurate and timely recording in the general ledger. This role also assists in meeting reportorial requirements and maintaining organized and compliant financial records to support overall accounting and audit functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow reports to support financial planning and liquidity management.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and internal financial records.
- Process and monitor disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
