Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) entries.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Process vendor invoices, match with purchase orders, and prepare payment vouchers.
• Assist in preparing and processing payments.
• Process request for payment from end-users, checking of invoices, match with purchase orders, and prepare payment vouchers.
• Generate sales invoices for customers.
• Checking of monthly Sales report.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and collections.
• Compile and analyze financial information for internal and external reporting.
