Job Description
- Supervision: Mentoring, training, and reviewing the output of accounting staff.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Operations & Control: Managing daily bookkeeping, general ledger, AP/AR, and implementing internal control procedures.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensuring compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and supporting internal/external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and automating accounting workflows.
