Job Summary

To provide temporary support within our client accounting department, we are seeking a bilingual (German/English) Accounting Assistant. Your primary focus will be managing the accounts payable process, from invoice verification through to processing and data entry, ensuring seamless administrative and accounting support to the existing team.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Invoice Verification: Check incoming invoices for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with purchase orders or internal delivery notes.
• Invoice Processing: Ensure precise and timely data entry and booking of invoices into the company’s accounting software.
