Job Description
Gallo is the third largest brand in the olive oil category worldwide and is present in approximately 40 countries, holding a leading position in Brazil and a strong presence in Portugal, Angola and Poland. It is the reference olive oil brand in Brazil and Portugal, with strong brand recognition that requires continuous care.
Main Responsibilities
- Process and review supplier invoices with accuracy and completeness - match invoices to POs, process non-PO invoices, check legal/fiscal requirements and internal procedures, ensure compliance with procedures for approving differences
- Manage supplier's mailbox - communicate with suppliers regarding billing activities, resolving queries, managing supplier accounts, returning duplicates of credit notes
- Monitor the rejection of invoices to suppliers due to non-compliance with legal or internal company requirements
