Job Description
For one of our client, an industrial familial group, we are currently looking for a Junior accountant.
Your responsabilties:
- Encode purchase invoices (with and without PO)
- Follow up on invoice approvals
- Daily management, monitoring, control and payment of invoices in SAP
- Collect and encode VISA statement receipts
- Encode financial statements
- Follow up the ageing balance and carry out the first steps towards recovery Encode the financial statements
- Make depreciation entries and monitor investments
- Performing various operations relating to charges to be carried forward, invoices to be received and ensuring the monthly distribution of annual invoices
- Preparing and encoding various salary operations
- Preparing and sending out VAT, Intrastat and annual customer lists and various surveys
