Account Manager – Bookkeeping (QuickBooks) — Full-time | Onsite
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in bookkeeping to manage multiple client accounts using QuickBooks . If you enjoy working with numbers and people, this role offers a great mix of both.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned clients using QuickBooks
- Serve as the main point of contact for your clients
- Build trusted relationships and ensure clients feel supported
- Communicate via email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
