Key Experience required
- Full tenant billing function.
- Debtors.
- Invoicing.
- Ensure bank statements, payments, and transactions are allocated.
- Tenant deposit reconciliations.
- Tenant account reconciliations.
- Monthly bookkeeping process up to trial balance.
- Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Creditors.
- Cashbooks.
- Journals.
- Ensure that all petty cash expenses are checked and captured.
- Audit / annual financial file preparations.
- Adjustment accounts
Requirements
- Finance Degree / Diploma
- SAIPA/CIMA articles advantageous
