Responsibilities:
The Operations Accounting Staff will work with a team of accounting professionals to support the field operations for Pest, Distribution, Ambius and other businesses with focus on the following:
Prepare journal entries for assigned accounts; review GL accounts/financial statements for reasonableness Prepare reconciliations for assigned accounts Assist with the monthly flux analysis by compiling data requested by Manager or Senior Accountant Identify areas of inefficiency in daily tasks and work with the Senior Accountant to solution Identify events - i.e., missing rent, utilities, charges posted to wrong accounts etc.As required, assist Senior Accountant with estimating amounts to accrue, defer, reverse or change based upon historical data and knowledge of business.Agree balances to supporting documentation/source (operating system, bank statements, etc) Identify/research/resolve any...
