Requirements Asset Records Project: Real vs Personal Property Review real and personal property accounts to determine how assets can be properly reclassified according to their classification, if needed. Split the Asset History / Asset Ledger between real vs. personal property. Apply all the above reviews and updates to the Asset Tax Ledger. Work on documenting finance department procedures. Benefits Working knowledge of Excel a must. Knowledge of AI tools such as CoPilot desirable. Highly technical/experienced accountant with 5-10 years of directly related experience in statutory audits and financial statements preparation. 12-15 months. Start approximately Mid-August. Accounting / Finance Bachelors Degree
