Accountant Predawn Accounting

We're hiring an accountant to join the team at Predawn Accounting. We handle bookkeeping and accounting for US-based businesses, so you'd be working day-to-day in QuickBooks, keeping the books clean and helping our clients stay on top of their numbers.

What You'll Do

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in QuickBooks Online
• Record and categorize transactions, and keep the chart of accounts tidy
• Run monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Close out the books each month and flag anything that looks off
• Prepare financial statements and reports clients can actually rely on
• Communicate with clients on routine queries and keep their records up to date
