Key Responsibilities:
Supports daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, payroll, and general ledger.Assists with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations (bank, utilities, fixed assets, trust accounts) and related accounting activities.Monitors and contributes to the analysis of accounting data, contributing to the preparation of financial reports and statements for all operations, including warehouse and manufacturing.Contributes to improvements in systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as needed.Establishes and maintains fiscal files and records to document transactions.Stays updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.Requirements & Skills:
