Accounting Officer
We are looking to hire an Accounting Officer to support our Finance team.
Job Details
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Location: Philippines – Angeles / Mabalacat (Pampanga)
- Schedule: Morning Shift
Responsibilities
- Accurate coding and data entry of daily invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner and in accordance with weekly team targets and priorities.
- Working with authorised persons to maintain vendor records and enforcing firm policy in relation to new vendors and vendor changes.
- Manage Workday Help support requests to ensure timely responses to queries.
- Resolve supplier account discrepancies by investigating documentation, liaising with suppliers, issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
- Assisting with credit card reconciliations.
