Huntsman is seeking an Accountant supporting the Finance Division located in Costa Rica. This position will report to the Accounting Manager.

Job Scope

The Accountant supports the financial accounting function for Huntsman Building Solutions (HBS) and is responsible for a wide range of general ledger and accounting activities. This role contributes to monthly close processes, financial reconciliations, audit support, SOX compliance, inventory accounting, and financial analysis while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.

In summary, as the Accountant, you will:

Support monthly financial close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
