Job Description
TheAccountantis responsible foroverseeing full-cycle accounting functions for a portfolio of hotel and residential properties, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all financial reporting. This role upholds Holloway Lodging’s accounting policies and procedures whilemaintainingcompliance with established audit standards and internal controls.
TheAccountantpartners closely with property and corporate teams to support financial integrity,identifyopportunities for process improvement, and contribute to effective, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
While the Company owns andoperatesassets across Canada, our head officeis located inHalifax, where our accounting, accounts payable, legal, HR, and finance teams are based. This role is based full-time at our Bayer's Lake office at 168 Hobson Lake Drive, Beechville, Nova Scotia. In line with the rest of the Company, this is an in-office role, five days per week.
