Hi! We're Smartsourcing , and we're hiring a full-time , onsite Accountant to take end-to-end ownership of the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly accounting cycle for a busy finance function — from journals through to group P&L and audit-ready reporting.
About the Role
As an Accountant, you'll step into a replacement role and take ownership of the full accounting cycle — month-end and year-end close, Fixed Asset Register, balance sheet reconciliations, group P&L, and statutory compliance. You'll run inherited processes and build reports from scratch when needed. The role suits someone proactive, reliable, and confident communicating with senior stakeholders in a semi-structured environment where judgement and decision-making are part of the job.
