Daily review and reconciliation of all bank accounts, including FNB, Nedbank, and Bank Windhoek
Timely distribution of bank balances and statements to Directors and relevant stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payment transactions
Prepare and manage internal payment tracking schedules
Capture and prepare payment data for efficient Sage processing
Import, post, and accurately allocate payment batches within Sage
Ensure all invoices and supporting documentation are properly recorded and maintained
Execute daily payment processing in line with strict cut-off times
Prepare payments for approval and ensure all authorisations are obtained
Process a range of payments, including supplier, transfer, urgent, and foreign payments
Set up new suppliers in the system prior to payment processing when required
Manage and process foreign and overseas payments, including currency tracking
