Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- VAT calculations and submissions
- Payroll processing and reconciliations
- Monthly management accounts and reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and internal controls
- Liaising with external accountants and auditors
- Managing financial records and transactions for multiple trusts
- Assisting with trust administration and compliance requirements
- Monitoring intercompany and trust-related transactions
- Assisting management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years' accounting experience
- Proven experience using Xero Accounting Software (essential)
