Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
  • Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • VAT calculations and submissions
  • Payroll processing and reconciliations
  • Monthly management accounts and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and internal controls
  • Liaising with external accountants and auditors
  • Managing financial records and transactions for multiple trusts
  • Assisting with trust administration and compliance requirements
  • Monitoring intercompany and trust-related transactions
  • Assisting management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years' accounting experience
  • Proven experience using Xero Accounting Software (essential)
