Accountant / Osbourne Park / Mining Resources / $110,000 - $125,000 / Flexible Working / Progression
A large mining resources business with operations across Australia is looking to recruit a skilled Accountant. The main purpose of the accountant role will be to assist the Financial Controller and wider finance team with various accounting and reporting tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop & progress within a successful organisation.
The accountant’s key duties will include:
- Preparing month-end tasks, including journals and accruals
- Dealing with reconciliations, including balance sheet & intercompany
- Financial reporting, including variance analysis
- Reviewing financial data
- Investigating and resolving queries, including tax
- Assisting with sustainability reporting
- Assisting with ad hoc projects
