Job Description
Description We are looking for an early-career Accountant to join a fast-moving telecom services organization in Arvada, Colorado on a Contract basis. This position will support day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on invoicing, billing accuracy, and maintaining steady cash flow through effective accounts payable and accounts receivable work. The role also offers broad office support responsibilities and close collaboration with company ownership, making it a strong fit for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern technology, including AI-enabled tools.
Responsibilities:
• Manage outgoing and incoming financial transactions, including vendor payments, customer invoices, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare accurate billing documents and maintain invoicing records to support timely revenue collection.
• Record journal entries, update general ledger activity, and help keep financial data organized and current.
