Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, ledgers, and perform bank, debtor, creditor, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Compute, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns along with necessary reconciliations.
• Assist in Income Tax compliance, tax assessments, and preparation of tax-related documentation.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory requirements.
