Job Description
A financial platform based in Abu Dhabi (ADGM) and regulated by FSRA (3A license) is seeking to hire an accountant. The platform specializes in custody, global markets execution/trading, as well as advisory/asset management services for professional and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including monthly close, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Prepare statutory financial statements, regulatory financial returns and monthly management reports.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes, including journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, accounting policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit VAT, corporate tax and other tax filings, where applicable.
