**About the Role**
We are seeking a results-driven **Account Supervisor** to manage and grow strategic retail accounts while driving sales performance, market share, and profitability. This role is responsible for **end-to-end account management** , from business planning, commercial negotiations, and promotional execution to sales performance tracking and customer development. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with key customers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business objectives. Assigned accounts may include **Uni-Prosperity (** **萬家福** **), PX Mart (** **大全聯** **), A.Mart (** **愛買** **)** , and other strategic retail channels, subject to business and organizational requirements.
