Account & Relationship Executive (IT Solutions) Your Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s online presence, such as its website and social media, to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement a sales plan that drives results.
- Proactively identify and forge new business partnerships, oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing partnerships.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to align business objectives with product developments, incorporating market feedback.
- Craft and deliver business proposals to potential clients, submit RFPs, tender and negotiate to establish advantageous agreements for both parties.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost its presence and influence in technology.
