The Role

As the Account Partner for Veeva R&D and Quality your responsibilities will include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.

What You'll Do


  • Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level

  • Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working

  • Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them

  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate

  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges

  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer

  • Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
