What You ll Actually Be Doing

Develop and execute a territory plan and personalized account plans for each customer aligned with their business goals to deliver year-over-year Success Cloud revenue growth. Exceed CSG Success Cloud growth and bookings ensure organizational health and customer satisfaction goals as a regional leader. Engage senior decision‑makers especially C-level using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce as a long‑term strategic partner and trusted advisor. Build compelling solution visions and communicate transformative outcomes that align with customers strategic goals motivations and desired business results. Collaborate cross‑functionally with License Sales and Alliance Partner organizations to drive customer success organizational health and customer satisfaction as a regional leader.
