Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bill, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters
- Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners' requirements
- Respond to vessel owners' queries and follow up on accounting matters where required
- Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit/surplus working fund
- Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners' requirements and within the required timeline
- Independently manage a portfolio of at least eight vessels
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Faculty
- Minimum 1 year of full set of accounts experience; vessel accounting experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
