Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and podcast partners, acting as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of audio advertising campaigns – including programmatic, direct, and sponsorship-based buys.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, ad ops, finance) to ensure accurate delivery, timely asset approvals, and smooth campaign execution.
- Collaborate with podcast creators and brand stakeholders to align on messaging, manage inventory, and maximize monetization opportunities.
- Support media planning and proposal development in collaboration with the team; track performance and develop post-campaign reports that inform renewals, upsells, and long-term client success.
- Assist with purchase order management, invoicing, and CRM documentation to support internal processes and revenue tracking.
