Account Manager
The Account Manager (AM) is the end-to-end commercial owner of national customer accounts, responsible for turning national strategy into actionable plans that deliver on-shelf impact and P&L results. They lead joint business planning, negotiate trade terms, build promotional calendars, and ensure flawless execution in pricing, availability, and service.
What You Will Do
- Own and develop a portfolio of Accounts, ensuring achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Execute customer growth plans, trade promotions, pricing initiatives, and new product launches.
- Manage customer negotiations and day-to-day commercial relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, promotional effectiveness, and business opportunities through data-driven analysis.
