About the Role

The CSAM – Digital Sales - IC role is focused on managing a large book of existing SMB customers, with a strong emphasis on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling a large book of existing customers
  • Prioritize accounts based on propensity to upsell and cross-sell
  • Perform end-to-end sales on existing customers via upselling, cross-selling, or new acquisition


Qualifications

  • 3 to 10 years of end-to-end SAAS sales experience in SMB segment
  • Graduation or 3 years diploma post 12th
  • US market experience (Preferred)
