Job Description

The Account Manager - Rubber will deliver profitable sales growth and proactively manage, maintain and expand Primeโ€™s rubber and automotive customer base in assigned areas by leading and motivating his/her direct reports to perform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by proactively pursuing new and/or targeted accounts in the assigned region.
  • Achieve annual sales plan objectives including volume and MSP profitability targets in the assigned region. Initiate actions and pursue contingency plans, as appropriate, to mitigate any expected sales plan short-falls or gaps.
  • Establish, develop, maintain, and grow relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for Primeโ€™s sourced products.
