Job Description
Provide total service to assigned clients on renewal andthroughout the policy period; handle questions and general inquiries, recommendand provide increased limits or coverage.
Responsible for all incoming mail regarding assignedclients.
Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all policydocumentation processing; new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations,etc.
Record and process various claims transactions.
Responsible for accounts receivable for assigned clients,adhering to corporate accounts receivable procedures.
Ensure all abeyance items are completed through the use of follow-uplists.
Solicit new personal lines business from existing accountsand provide quotations, completing the IBC cost guide where applicable.
Provide backup for other Personal Lines Brokers as required.
Adhere to all system procedures and insurance companyregulations.
Assist with special projects at management request.
