We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliances, and project accounting for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TDS, GST, RERA norms Real estate , NGO experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts & Finance Management
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Finalize accounts and prepare periodic financial statements.
  • Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for audit processes.
• TDS & GST Compliance
  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings (26Q, 26QB, Etc.).
  • Apply appropriate TDS rates under Old and New tax regimes.
  • Handle GST computation, input credit, return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, Etc.).
  • Manage GST on project collections, advances, and RCM-related transactions.
