Job Description

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Philippine-based e-commerce and digital commerce company that focuses on helping brands grow their presence across online marketplaces and digital platforms. Our client is seeking an Account Manager-a dynamic professional with a strong background in e-commerce or live commerce operations. This is an onsite role, six days a week, with the office located in Makati.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live Stream Planning & Strategy: Design and execute Shoppable LIVE strategies, including scheduling, script development, and promotional flows (giveaways, flash sales) to drive sustained GMV growth.
  • Host Management & Coaching: Recruit, train, and provide real-time feedback to live hosts; manage host relations and ensure they effectively communicate product benefits to close sales.
