Job Summary

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services by internal departments. The role acts as the bridge between clients and service delivery teams, ensuring that client requirements are understood, service commitments are fulfilled, quality standards are maintained, and client satisfaction remains high.
