Job Description
We’re ZGM, a full‑service agency in Alberta with offices in Calgary and Edmonton. We’re looking for a resourceful and collaborative Account Manager for our Calgary office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily client requests, ensuring all projects are properly assigned, resourced, and executed on time.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, keeping all stakeholders informed on account activity and project status.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships that support long‑term partnership and growth.
