Job Description
Customer Service & Account Executive Support
- Collaborating with the BSAA Personal Insurance team, proactively obtains underwriting information from potential and renewal clients
- Demonstrating and applying knowledge of binding authorities & insurer portals
- Creating and sending submissions to underwriters (where re-marketing is required)
- Liaising with clients on the status of their request for coverage or renewal
- Presenting quotes and/or renewals and endorsements to client, obtaining orders and binds coverage with underwriters
- Maintaining a technical and service-oriented relationship with the clients and underwriters
- Keeping Account Executive(s) up to date on the status of client accounts
- Providing friendly, professional service to customers and internal stakeholders
- Handling routine customer and Account Executive inquiries/concerns in a timely manner and to an agreed upon Practice Group...
