MARTIN'S IMPEX PVT. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, GST compliance, taxation, invoicing, and financial reconciliations. Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime accurately. Generate sales invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and purchase entries. Prepare and generate E-Way Bills and ensure compliance with transportation regulations. Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records. Process vendor payments and follow up on customer outstanding payments. Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile cash and bank transactions. Deduct, account for, and maintain records relating to TDS . Prepare data for GST Returns and coordinate the timely filing of GST in compliance with applicable laws. Reco...
