Position : Accounts Executive – US Accounting Location: Remote (Work from Home) Preferred Candidates: Ahmedabad based Shift: Night Shift (PST Time Zone) Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our Accounts Head based in the USA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable and working knowledge of US accounting practices. Experience with QuickBooks and excellent English communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities - Assist the US Accounts Head with day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment records.
