:We are seeking an experienced professional to join Sun Life's Group Benefits team as a Managing Account Executive in Sun Solutions, focusing on group clients with 50+ employees. This role is responsible for the profitable growth and retention of a portfolio of Group Benefit clients, primarily in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of group benefit clients profitably
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and clients
Analyze, present, and negotiate annual renewals
Provide sound financial management and introduce new products/services aligned with client goals
Proactively identify client needs and promote Sun Life's value proposition
Lead projects and conduct regular presentations to advisors and clients
