Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Prepare Journal Entries and Audit Adjustments
- Assist in day-to-day finance activities including data entries, preparing sale invoices, delivery orders, banking, operations and account filing
- Support other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior
Requirements
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Studies
- At least 2–5 years of working experience in accounting and able to handle full set of accounts
- Responsible, willing to learn, meticulous, committed, and able to work independently
- Computer literate with MS Office; knowledge of Autocount software is preferable
- Conversant in Chinese is required due to dealing with stakeholders
