**Account Executive, Early Phase Development**
**Position Summary**
Catalent is seeking an **Account Executive, Early Phase Development** to support growth across our oral dosage form development and manufacturing business. This is a field-based, hunter-focused sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
The Account Executive will manage the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through proposal development, contract negotiation, and account growth. This individual will work closely with technical, operations, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that support customers from early-stage development through clinical manufacturing.
**Location:** Field-Based (Preference for New England Region)
